Ingredients

  • 1 package Cream Cheese (8 Ounce Package)
  • 3 cans Shoepeg Corn, 8 Ounce Cans
  • 1 can (4 Oz. Size) Chopped Green Chiles
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter (optional)

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • In an ovenproof casserole (8X8 or so) place the block of cream cheese down right in the middle.
  • Pour the cans of corn and chiles directly over the top.
  • Throw a few pats of butter on top and cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes.
  • Tastes best with Fritos Scoops.
  • I suppose you could stick this in the microwave too melt everything together if you are in a pinch but I dont want to hear about it!
