Ingredients
- 1 can French green beans
- 1 can small peas
- 1 can Shoe Peg corn
- 1 jar pimentos
- 1 green pepper
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. onion
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. water
Method
- Drain green beans, peas, corn and pimentos.
- Dice green pepper, celery and onion.
- Heat for dressing and cool: sugar, salt, pepper, salad oil, vinegar and water.
- Pour dressing over combined vegetables.
- Let set overnight.
- Keeps several days in refrigerator and can be frozen.
