- 1 lb. chicken, skinned
- 1 large onion
- 3 shallots, mashed and chopped
- ginger, chopped
- garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. plain flour
- 3 c. chicken stock
- 1 can tomato sauce
- salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- bay leaf
Method
- Clean the chicken and cut into pieces.
- Boil with shallots, little ginger, salt and 3 cups of water in a saucepan.
- Take the chicken out, fry or bake until lightly brown.
