Ingredients
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp. sooji
Method
- Drain the canned pineapple in a colander for about 45 minutes.
- Melt 1/2 the stick of butter and add 1 tsp. sooji.
- Stir this continuously until aroma arises.
- Then add pineapple.
- Keep stirring for 10-15 minutes.
- When it becomes sticky, add condensed milk and keep stirring until the milk forms lumps.
- Add the remaining 1/2 stick of butter.
- Keep stirring until golden in color, about 10-15 minutes.
- Decorate with almonds or pistachios if desired.
