- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Instant coffee
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk (80deg)
- 1/4 c. Water (80deg)
- 2 Tbsp. Oil (80deg)
- 1/2 c. Large eggs (2) (room temperature)
- 1/2 c. Mashed bananas
- 1/3 c. Minced walnuts
- 1 1/2 tsp Red Star active dry yeast
- 2 c. Bread flour
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Instant coffee
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk (80deg)
- 1/4 c. Water (80deg)
- 1/4 c. Large eggs (1) (room temperature)
- 1/3 c. Mashed bananas
- 1/4 c. Minced walnuts
Method
- Place ingredients into pan in the order suggested by the machine's manual.
- Use the 'sweet bread' or possibly regular bread cycle.
- An interesting bread with flavors popular in the Caribbean: ginger, coffee and banana.
