Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. quick oats
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 1 c. apricot jam
Method
- Mix the flour, baking powder, brown sugar and oats.
- Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Pat 2/3 of the mixture into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, buttered.
- Spread with jam.
- Cover with remaining crumb mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
