Ingredients
- 2 cups ice
- 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 ounces coconut-flavored rum
- 12 ounces lager or light beer
- Pineapple spear and pineapple slice, for garnish
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with the ice.
- Add the pineapple juice and rum and shake.
- Strain into a 20-ounce beer mug or Pilsner glass.
- Top off with the beer and stir briefly.
- Garnish with the pineapple spear and slice.
