Ingredients
- 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1/2 c. red pepper, cut in strips
- 1/2 c. green pepper, cut in strips
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 c. ketchup
Method
- Mix dry ingredients; roll chicken strips in dry ingredients; put in oil. Cook until golden brown. Add rest of ingredients and cook for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
