Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. self-rising cornmeal mix
- 3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
- 1 c. water or milk
- 1 egg
Method
- Combine cornmeal, flour, onion and egg.
- Then beat in milk or water.
- Drop from spoon into hot oil where fish was cooked.
- Done when golden brown.
