Ingredients
- 2 large bunches carrots
- 2 small or 1 large pepper
- 2 small or 1 large onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
Method
- Cut carrots into chunks.
- Cook until tender.
- Cut onion and bell pepper in slices.
- Place into bowl.
- Pour cooked carrots into bowl with onions and peppers.
- In saucepan, heat the other ingredients until very hot.
- Do not bring to boil.
- Pour over carrots, onions and peppers.
