Ingredients

  • 2 large bunches carrots
  • 2 small or 1 large pepper
  • 2 small or 1 large onion
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper

Method

  • Cut carrots into chunks.
  • Cook until tender.
  • Cut onion and bell pepper in slices.
  • Place into bowl.
  • Pour cooked carrots into bowl with onions and peppers.
  • In saucepan, heat the other ingredients until very hot.
  • Do not bring to boil.
  • Pour over carrots, onions and peppers.
