Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments
- 1 firm large banana, sliced (optional)
- 1 1/2 c. seedless grapes
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. pecan halves or coarsely chopped nuts
- 1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Method
- Drain pineapple and orange segments.
- In large bowl, combine pineapple, mandarin oranges, banana, grapes, marshmallows, coconut and nuts.
- In 1-quart measure, combine sour cream or yogurt and brown sugar.
- Stir into fruit mixture.
- Refrigerate, covered, 1 hour or overnight.
