Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments
  • 1 firm large banana, sliced (optional)
  • 1 1/2 c. seedless grapes
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. flaked coconut
  • 1/2 c. pecan halves or coarsely chopped nuts
  • 1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Method

  • Drain pineapple and orange segments.
  • In large bowl, combine pineapple, mandarin oranges, banana, grapes, marshmallows, coconut and nuts.
  • In 1-quart measure, combine sour cream or yogurt and brown sugar.
  • Stir into fruit mixture.
  • Refrigerate, covered, 1 hour or overnight.
