Ingredients
- 2 pkg. (regular size) strawberry gelatin
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 1/2 c. cranberry sauce (whole or relish)
- 1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 pkg. (regular size) lemon gelatin dissolved in 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened with 1/2 c. cream and 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Combine first 3 ingredients.
- Pour into 9-inch square pan. chill until firm (not solid).
- Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over firm cranberry mixture and chill.
- This can be cut in squares and served on crisp lettuce leaves.
