Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (regular size) strawberry gelatin
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1 1/2 c. cranberry sauce (whole or relish)
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 pkg. (regular size) lemon gelatin dissolved in 1 1/2 c. hot water
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened with 1/2 c. cream and 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Method

  • Combine first 3 ingredients.
  • Pour into 9-inch square pan. chill until firm (not solid).
  • Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over firm cranberry mixture and chill.
  • This can be cut in squares and served on crisp lettuce leaves.
