Ingredients
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 heaping c. mashed pinto beans
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Method
- Blend sugars, egg and butter until creamy.
- Add pinto beans and blend well.
- Pour into deep 9-inch unbaked shell.
- Allow room for filling to cook.
- Bake in 375° oven for 20 minutes, then at 350° for an additional 25 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
- Tastes like pecan pie.
