Ingredients
- 1 lb. butter
- 1 lb. confectioners sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. cake flour
- 2 tsp. flavoring of choice
Method
- Let butter soften.
- Cream butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add eggs; mix well.
- Add flour (1/2 cup at a time), mix well and add flavoring.
- Bake in a tube pan.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
