Ingredients
- 1 can artichokes in water
- 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Drain and cut artichokes into pieces. Mix remaining ingredients together.
- Grease a pie pan or quiche dish.
- Pour all ingredients in and sprinkle with garlic powder. Cook for 45 minutes.
- Serve with crackers and enjoy!
