Instructions

• 1 - Prepare Kumquats:
  Wash the kumquats thoroughly and slice them into thin rounds. Remove seeds if present.
• 2 - Mix Ingredients:
  In a large glass or cocktail shaker, muddle kumquat slices with honey to release their juice.
• 3 - Add Ice:
  Fill the glass with ice cubes or add to the shaker.
• 4 - Pour Sparkling Water:
  Slowly pour in the sparkling water, stirring gently to combine.
• 5 - Garnish and Serve:
  Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
