Ingredients
- 3 c. unpeeled, thinly sliced zucchini
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- dash of pepper
- little minced garlic
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Grease well 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Spread mixture in pan.
- Bake about 25 to 30 minutes, or until brown.
- Cut into 2 1/2 x 1-inch pieces.
- Best served warm.
- Can be frozen and reheated.
