Ingredients
- 1 large can sliced beets, drained (reserve juice)
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. beet juice
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Method
- Mix sugar and cornstarch, then add vinegar, beet juice and margarine. Cook until clear red. Pour beets into mixture and simmer 5 minutes or until beets are heated through.
