Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. chicken wings
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Cut off wing tips at joint (save tips for soup or stew).
- Cut each wing in half at joint.
- On waxed paper, combine bread crumbs, red pepper and garlic salt.
