- 3 lb. ground chuck
- 3 medium onions, finely chopped
- 1 1/3 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. milk
- 3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Method
- Combine first 7 ingredients, mixing well.
- Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Cook meatballs in skillet until lightly browned; drain. Place meatballs in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
