Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 c. Coke
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 beaten eggs
Method
- Combine flour, sugar, marshmallows and soda in a large bowl. Set aside.
- Bring margarine, shortening, cocoa and Coke to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Pour over the flour mixture.
- Add buttermilk and eggs.
- Mix well.
- Pour into 9 x 12-inch greased and floured pan.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
