Ingredients
- 2 Zucchini
- 5 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Soft Peanut Butter
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tablespoons Powdered Cocoa
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 50 grams Dark Chocolate, Grated
Method
- Chop the zucchini. Using a hand blender, make a puree. Add honey, peanut butter, egg, and mix well. Stir in cocoa, baking soda, and chocolate.
- Prepare a 20cm cake pan with baking sheet and bake brownie at medium heat, about 170°C (340°F), for about 35 minutes.
- The result is amazing: a healthy, flavorful, and moist brownie.
