Ingredients

  • 2 Zucchini
  • 5 Tablespoons Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Soft Peanut Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tablespoons Powdered Cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 50 grams Dark Chocolate, Grated

Method

  • Chop the zucchini. Using a hand blender, make a puree. Add honey, peanut butter, egg, and mix well. Stir in cocoa, baking soda, and chocolate.
  • Prepare a 20cm cake pan with baking sheet and bake brownie at medium heat, about 170°C (340°F), for about 35 minutes.
  • The result is amazing: a healthy, flavorful, and moist brownie.
