Ingredients

  • 1 (3 lb.) whole fryer
  • 8 to 10 carrots, peeled
  • 8 medium potatoes, peeled
  • seasoned salt
  • 2 tsp. dried onions
  • 2 tsp. beef bouillon
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

  • Spray casserole dish with no-stick spray.
  • Rub chicken liberally with seasoned salt.
  • Place in dish.
  • Surround chicken with carrots and potatoes.
  • Sprinkle carrots and potatoes with onions and bouillon.
  • Do not add any liquid.
  • Put covered, in a 300° oven before you leave for Sunday school.
  • It will be done after church.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
