Ingredients
- 1 (3 lb.) whole fryer
- 8 to 10 carrots, peeled
- 8 medium potatoes, peeled
- seasoned salt
- 2 tsp. dried onions
- 2 tsp. beef bouillon
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Spray casserole dish with no-stick spray.
- Rub chicken liberally with seasoned salt.
- Place in dish.
- Surround chicken with carrots and potatoes.
- Sprinkle carrots and potatoes with onions and bouillon.
- Do not add any liquid.
- Put covered, in a 300° oven before you leave for Sunday school.
- It will be done after church.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
