Ingredients

  • 1 chunk dark chocolate Xocai Healthy Chocolate Nugget, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup dried cherry coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups chicken cooked and chopped
  • 4 leaves leaf lettuce washed and patted dry
  • 4 slices croissants
  • 1 slice cheese optional
  • 1 bunch nuts optional

Method

  • In large bowl, mix together the first 5 ingredients.
  • Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  • Divide the four lettuce leaves onto each croissant and top with salad mixture.
  • Serves 4
