Ingredients
- 1 chunk dark chocolate Xocai Healthy Chocolate Nugget, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery chopped
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup dried cherry coarsely chopped
- 2 cups chicken cooked and chopped
- 4 leaves leaf lettuce washed and patted dry
- 4 slices croissants
- 1 slice cheese optional
- 1 bunch nuts optional
Method
- In large bowl, mix together the first 5 ingredients.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve.
- Divide the four lettuce leaves onto each croissant and top with salad mixture.
- Serves 4
