Ingredients

  • 2 cans jalapeno dip
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced chilies
  • 4 ripe avocados
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • approximately 1 bunch green onions and some stems, chopped
  • 1 small can chopped olives
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large bag tortilla chips

Method

  • Spread both cans jalapeno dip onto a large round platter.
  • Mix and spread onto beans the sour cream, taco mix and mayonnaise. Sprinkle the diced chilies over sour cream mixture.
  • Next, layer the 4 ripe avocados, mashed with lime juice and garlic powder.
  • End with grated Cheddar cheese, chopped tomatoes, onions and olives and surround with tortilla chips.
