Ingredients

  • 3 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1.5 yellow onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 cup Dry White Wine
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground coriander

Method

  • Slowly melt butter in sauce pan, add onion and cook until translucent, add garlic.
  • Add mushrooms and cook until they release liquid.
  • Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flake, and coriander.
  • Add white wine and reduce by half, and heavy cream, check seasoning.
  • add chopped parsley
