Ingredients
- 2 qt. prepared pancake batter
- 2 qt. crushed graham crackers
- 2 cups chocolate sauce
- 2 cups caramel sauce
- 2 qt. JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
Method
- Portion batter onto heated, oiled griddle using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
- Top each pancake with 1/4 cup graham cracker pieces.
- Cook until bottoms are lightly golden brown, then turn to brown other sides.
- For each serving: Arrange 2 pancakes, cracker side-up, on broiler pan.
- Top each with 1 Tbsp.
- each chocolate and caramel sauces, and 1/3 cup marshmallows.
- Toast marshmallows with kitchen torch until golden brown.
- Stack pancakes on serving plate.
