Ingredients

  • 2 qt. prepared pancake batter
  • 2 qt. crushed graham crackers
  • 2 cups chocolate sauce
  • 2 cups caramel sauce
  • 2 qt. JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

Method

  • Portion batter onto heated, oiled griddle using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
  • Top each pancake with 1/4 cup graham cracker pieces.
  • Cook until bottoms are lightly golden brown, then turn to brown other sides.
  • For each serving: Arrange 2 pancakes, cracker side-up, on broiler pan.
  • Top each with 1 Tbsp.
  • each chocolate and caramel sauces, and 1/3 cup marshmallows.
  • Toast marshmallows with kitchen torch until golden brown.
  • Stack pancakes on serving plate.
