Ingredients
- 3/4 ounce Amaretto
- 3/4 ounce white Creme de Cacao
- 2 cups ice cream
- chocolate syrup (optional)
- whipped cream (optional)
Method
- Pour Amaretto and Cream de Cacao into a blender with the ice cream.
- Blend till smooth.
- Line the inside of snifter glass with chocolate syrup.
- Pour drink into cup and top with whipped cream.
- Add cherry to top.
