Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken breast, cut bite size
- 48 oz. Great Northern beans
- 3/4 lb. Monterey Jack or jalapeno Jack cheese (about 3 c. shredded)
- 1 (16 oz.) jar salsa (hot or mild, as preferred)
Method
- Cook chicken in Dutch oven or stock pot until tender.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Heat until cheese melts and chili is hot. Serve with corn chips or Tostados.
