Ingredients
- 1 head firm white cabbage
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 green peppers
- 2 sweet red peppers
- 1 onion
- 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Shred cabbage and finely chop other vegetables.
- Combine in bowl and add other ingredients.
- Let stand for an hour.
- When ready to serve, stir well.
