Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked cubed chicken (prefer white meat)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped
Method
- Saute onions and celery.
- Combine all ingredients and pour into casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
- You can add Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
