Ingredients

  • 4-6 Boneless Chicken breasts
  • 1 1/4 cups teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 Cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Honey Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon

Method

  • Place chicken in dish; pour teriyaki sauce over chicken (1 cup) place in fridge. Marinate for at least 30 min. Can prepare in the morning and marinated all day. After chicken has been marinated for at least 30 minutes. Remove chicken from fridge and place in 9x13 baking dish. Pour remaining 1/4 cup teriyaki over chicken. Brush with 1/4 cup mustard. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and bacon crumbles over chicken. Place in over @ 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
