Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can organic pumpkin
- 1/2 cup organiz apple juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnammon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp clove
Method
- Mix all ingrediants together in the crockpot. Use immersion blender to blend well. Place crockpot setting on low and cook for 5 hours, stir occasionally.
- I cooked a double batch on low overnight. Turned out great. Can refrigerate for 1 week or freeze for 6 months.
