Ingredients
- 1 (4 ounce) bag arugula, stems removed, roughlly torn
- 2 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1 (3 ounce) package feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Method
- Combine arugula, watermelon and feta in a large bowl.
- Gently mix in olive oil and season with black pepper to taste.
