Ingredients
- 2 c. chopped apples
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. seedless green grapes, halved
- 2 Tbsp. sliced celery
- 1/4 c. nonfat mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. nonfat yogurt
- lettuce leaves
- 1 Tbsp. chopped nuts
Method
- In a medium mixing bowl, toss together the chopped apples and lemon juice.
- Stir in the raisins, grapes and celery.
