Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. rice
- 12 oz. tomato juice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 c. chopped cabbage
- green pepper to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
Method
- Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper.
- Drain well.
- Combine other ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until tender, tomato juice is cooked down and mixture is thick.
