Ingredients
- Chocolate Crumb Crust
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
- 1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/3 c. unsifted flour
Method
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Prepare Chocolate Crumb Crust.
- Stir together margarine and cocoa until smooth.
- In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
- Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla, then flour.
- Measure 1 1/2 cups batter into medium bowl.
- Beat in cocoa mixture.
