Ingredients

  • Chocolate Crumb Crust
  • 1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
  • 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/3 c. unsifted flour

Method

  • Preheat oven to 300°.
  • Prepare Chocolate Crumb Crust.
  • Stir together margarine and cocoa until smooth.
  • In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
  • Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  • Beat in eggs and vanilla, then flour.
  • Measure 1 1/2 cups batter into medium bowl.
  • Beat in cocoa mixture.
