Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 16 to 20 dried apricots, cut up
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. apricot preserves
- chopped nuts
Method
- Mix first five ingredients together. Push into ball shape in bowl with wooden spoon. Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes, enough to stiffen slightly. Roll in chopped nuts.
