Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 oz Vienna sausages
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 1 seasoned salt
  • 1 granulated garlic powder
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1/4 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1 1/2 tbsp spicy horseradish mustard
  • 1 tbsp Heinz tomato ketchup
  • 1 pinch chopped parsley

Method

  • Slice the onions a quarter inch, 7mm, tick
  • Heat oil.
  • Add sausages and get some color on them.
  • Remove sausages from pan add sliced onion rings fry till caramelized but kinda firm in same oil.
  • Move the onion rings to a plate.
  • Season onion rings with, salt, paprika, garlic and parsley
  • If your sharing and the one you sare with doesn't like the ketchup or the mustard may be too spicy don't mix.
  • I left unmixed on the picture.
  • Put parsley on top.
