Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can salmon
- 3 ounces fat free cream cheese, at room temperature
- 12 cup chopped green onion
- 12 cup celery, minced
- 12 cup carrot, shredded
- salt and pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients in bowl to mix by hand or combine using food processor.
- Spread on toast, bagels, crackers, or lettuce leaves and enjoy!
