Ingredients

  • 3 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 can pie filling (your flavor of choice)
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tubs pre-whipped heavy cream like CoolWhip

Method

  • Mix crushed wafers and butter; press about 1/2 into a flat pan.
  • Soften cheese fpr about 30 seconds in a microwave.
  • Add in sugar and vanilla and mix well.
  • Fold the whipped cream and cream cheese together.
  • Spread 1/2 of this mix over crumbs in pan.
  • Spread pie filling next and then the rest of the cream cheese mix.
  • Top with the reserved crumbs.
  • Chill for several hours.
