Ingredients
- 2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, cooked and squeezed dry
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Form into bite size balls.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
