Ingredients
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro (optional)
Method
- Microwave cheese and salsa in a 1 1/2-quart microwavable bowl on High for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Stir after 3 minutes.
- Stir in cilantro.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips or vegetable dippers.
- Makes about 3 cups.
