- 2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley original
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 head broccoli
- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 1 green pepper
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Method
- Pat roll dough out on jelly roll tin; bake according to instructions and cool.
- Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and spices and spread on cooled dough.
- Chop vegetables very fine and spread over cheese topping.
- Pat down; top with grated cheese.
- Pat down. Cut into squares and serve.
