Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter (room temperature)
  • 4 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Place artichokes in a casserole.
  • Place spinach on top of the artichokes.
  • Beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth; add milk.
  • Spread over top of the spinach.
  • Top with a grind of fresh black pepper and the Parmesan cheese.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, covered the first 30 minutes and uncovered the last 10 minutes.
  • Serve.
