Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (room temperature)
- 4 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Place artichokes in a casserole.
- Place spinach on top of the artichokes.
- Beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth; add milk.
- Spread over top of the spinach.
- Top with a grind of fresh black pepper and the Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, covered the first 30 minutes and uncovered the last 10 minutes.
- Serve.
