- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen sliced okra thawed
- 1 (10-ounce) packaged frozen baby lima beans
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 3 (5.5-ounce) cans no-salt-added vegetable juice
- 2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans Cajun-style stewed rombatoes
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons vegetable broth concentrate
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a 5-quart slow cooker.
- Cook, covered, at HIGH 5 to 6 hours
