Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1/2 c. shortening
Method
- Mix together in mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Store in covered cans on shelf in pantry.
- Brush on pans as needed with pastry brush.
- This eliminates products (cakes, cookies, bread) from sticking to pans and reduces pan cleaning.
