Ingredients
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt & pepper
- 1 egg
- A little lowfat milk
Method
- Mix together cheese, flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Mix up egg and a little lowfat milk.
- Dip chicken pcs in lowfat milk and egg mix.
- Roll in flour and cheese mix.
- Put into baking pan.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, uncovered.
