Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. cooked brown rice (at room temperature)
- 3/4 c. egg substitute or beaten eggs
- 3/4 c. shredded low-fat Mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 c. chopped, fresh broccoli
- 3/4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
- 1/4 c. skim milk
- 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Method
- Baking Temperature: 375°.
- Baking Time: 20 to 25 minutes.
