Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3 large potatoes peeled and sliced
- 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 x cheese as needed
- 1 x bacon cooked, fat removed, and crumbled, as needed
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
- In an 8*8 baking dish, arrange 1/4 of potatoes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour 1/4 of cream and layer cheese and bacon.
- Repeat four times.
- Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour.
- Let sit 10 minutes and serve warm.
